I'm a local but he knows the area better than almost anyone, he knows the market, and he worked really hard to help us throughout the process, from finding a house, making a good offer, negotiating, and everything else through to the end of closing. It was such a relief to be with Max and his team. Buying a home is stressful and he made it a breeze. Communication was excellent throughout, we never felt lost. He didn't push anything on us but he did give us great recommendations for lawyers, lenders, and title companies based on his experience with past clients, and he was keenly interested in how they were taking care of us.
